A wash-in cleaner for use with waterproof clothing and equipment – recommended by the DofE and featuring on the DofE Expedition Kit List.

Nikwax Tech Wash® is the ideal cleaner for your technical clothing and gear. A non-detergent soap, it revitalises breathability, and can be used regularly to clean clothing and equipment without damaging Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coatings. 

(Detergents are damaging to DWR treatments on fabrics, and can leave residues which impair breathability)

Use Nikwax Tech Wash® in conjunction with Nikwax TX Direct® waterproofing for maximum weather protection on any waterproof clothing, rucksacks or gear.
